DISCLAIMER

It is understood that April Curtin is the Exclusive Photographer  retained to perform Photographic Services Signified by Acceptance of A Contract.  No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is PAID IN FULL. A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is required to reserve Your Special Day.  Payments may be made in (3) installments.  The Package must be PAID IN Full two(2) weeks before Your Special Day.  I only Photograph One Wedding per day, I’m Exclusively Yours.  I take the utmost care with respect to exposure, development and delivery of your Special Photographs, However, in the event I fail to comply with the terms of the signed contract, due to any event outside my control, my liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid.

Information collected from this site will not be made available to third parties other than for the purpose of completing a transaction such as purchasing construction services.
