What do you think of the Sit 'n Stand stroller?

We have an age of 2 months, a child of 16 months and 3 years of age. We put the 16 months in a umbrella stroller, the baby remains in the seat and coupled to the system of large stroller and my 3 year old usually walks. We believe that this would be a great alternative to lug around 50 different strollers. (OK, I exaggerate, but you get the point.) Do you have one? Like it? What are the advantages and drawbacks?
