Is it difficult to change baby?

Wondering how the transition from breast milk to whole milk for my baby is 1 year. By the way, she likes to eat on our plates. She loves potatoes mashed with butter and milk. I tried to give pureed with a little salt, but havin no. Should I wait until it is 1 to give (good) potatoes mashed? It will be 10 months in 1 week

Do not - just added that, in giving her cow's milk with meals, milk for breastfeeding is (regular, first thing in the morning and so on). Do not give salt - sodium is very, very dangerous for babies and their total daily intake (all sources) is a maximum of 750 mg (which is not much: two of sardines, the mark of Titus, is 480!).
