What material is this butterfly made of ?? Its seems like felt? is it really?, what do you think?

Hi, I need to know, what material are this butterflies made of. It's seems to be felt, but ... i'm not sure, because in the picture, look more like ...paper, or something. Do you know the name of this material, (the purple one) you can see the links, to know what i'm talking about.

Looks like it might be felt to me too, but can't really get close enough in the picture to see.
