A yellow haze is usually an indicator of excess protein and fat in water. I need to clean the filters every two days, I would say in excess of food in the tank. Very attentive and possibly Lunch reduce food to make sure it is completely eaten. I also suggest that cleaning the filters on the same day. Turn cleaning and of course, does not clean under the tap. Fill a bucket of water over the same temperature as the tank, dechlorination and clean the filter him. The water changes remove additional training and slowly reduce the amount of protein in water and carbon new in the cartridges. Pulling some of the proteins and also eliminate some of the colors. The white fog in the 55 is a bacterial overgrowth. Give time for a little light, but watch carefully ammonia in the tank. MM
