How do I toilet train my 13 month old?

Hello, my baby is 13 months, how do I toilet train him, I bought Baby Bjorn toilet seat (tried several times but it seems that TSD like to sit in it) some tips to clean .. Pls advice

You do not potty train 13 months of age. What you're struggling for? Just close the pot and not in sight. I think you should wait. Wait until the child is ready. Do not push your child to potty training. My 2nd is 15 months and may even not speak, nevermind understand what a potty or toilet is .........
