If you are low on potassium Whats good to eat everyday to have adequate Potassium levels?
I think 1 banana for breakfast
Add 1 banana to your lunch
and add banana to your dinner as well as some spinach
Would that be enough? Can you also have a test done by a doctor to check your potassium levels.
(If someone has a potassium deficiency and is trying to maintain a healthy diet to make up for the amount lost due to being a celiac. )

Also... Dried Plums (yes, prunes) have like 3X more potassium in them per serving then Bananas!!
No kidding...
I LOVE PRUNES! I munch them as a snack all the time and no, it doesn't cause "Bathroom Issues".
They are VERY VERY good for you and you can buy them cheep at Walgreens! $3.00 for something like a 1 pound bag!!
(Though I like them more dry so I let them sit out on a sheet pan for a day or two until they are not so squishy... All dried fruit feels "Squishy" to me right out of the bag... I like more "Fruit Leather" texture.)
