Brown Polka
Wear can I find a brown polka dot dress like the one in PRETTY WOMAN?

I've searched for YEARS online (and in stores) and can't find that dress anywhere...there are black, red and yellow dresses with white polka dots but never the brown one, with the belt and hat that Julia Roberts wore.
Thanks DJ and JoanNa for looking but those are the same dresses I've already seen...the real one has a wide matching belt, bigger cream polka dots and is brown. Maybe it was just one of a kind? Wish I could sew!
